 That's really cool, man. I like the simple, clean composition... It looks like an album cover.
 -- Nothing matters if I lose my mind.  Very conceptual render... I dont know if you would like my suggestions or not but it still may need some more details to put in... I mean, add some more textures/overlays. For example, you can try SFBM OCA/ICA, you can another layer with a different formula and structure.
Secondly, the colros may be ok but can be enhanced... Darken+saturate the outer dark red color and add more gnarl/painter type of effect on the middle light yellow portion. There is alot more to say but when it comes to fractals, it is difficult to say all that. I dont know if I am helping you or confusing you... Thanks

 Maybe a bit more depth/volume effects would give it a harder and stronger appearance  --  My other dA account Real deviants take only advices.  heh. And we go from glacial to absolutely scorching. I'm not sure why but there seems to be something almost Buddhist-like to this... like looking at a mandala, everything springing out from one central core of creation... Good work blending the colours and patterns to give the impression of fire. This is more than just an inferno, it's almost like a starburst, and immediately evokes a sense of something grander. It's not just a picture, it's a concept. Extrememly well done.
